Yesterday, at exactly 9 am, Ugandan immigration authorities dumped 28 innocent Rwandans (18 men, 07 women, and three little children. They were dumped at Kagitumba border on concocted charges of “being in Uganda illegally.” But these people had done no wrong, in any way.

Once again, this incident shows that duplicitous and deceitful Museveni is capable of extending his right hand with an olive branch while keeping a double edged dagger within the left hand. To stab in the back anyone that extends him some trust. 

The public might not know that even as more serious people have been working on normalizing relations between Uganda and Rwanda, to the extent Rwanda showed goodwill commitment by opening the border. But what is senile Museveni doing? He is harassing and dumping innocent Rwandans!

There are over a hundred Rwandans whom sadistic Museveni’s security authorities have abducted at different spots bordering Uganda on concocted charges of “illegal entry” or “espionage.” These people have been mistreated, illegally detained, and tortured!

Museveni and his RNC terrorist group are continuing their hostility against Banyarwanda. 

Reliable information is that even after the opening of the borders, the harassment and mistreatment of Rwandan citizens hasn’t stopped even a bit!

I always tell anyone that listens, the arm-rotting tyrant of the Matooke Republic will never change his spots.
