The endorsement of Anitha Among, the incompetent and unpopular legislator by CEC is a testament that inept despot Museveni’s choices on who should run Uganda’s legislation are deliberate, the people, in this case lawmakers, should be mere rubber stamps. They are the ‘Yes-Men and Women’ who cannot challenge him but nod to his repressive and kleptocratic policies. 

The bloody dripping dictator has just proved that the choice in the deceased Jacob Oulanya was categorically wrong and he took so long to put him out of action and picture (Read poison him to death). That is how Matooke republic is run, despot Museveni surrounds himself with sheer clowns with no aptitude or clue on politics. Sometimes kitchen cabinet or bedroom based appointments.
