Not only inept despot Museveni has zero offer to the global community, he is too incapacitated to travel regularly. His set of terminal ailments like Laryngeal, Leukemia and carcinoma cancers cannot allow him to travel everywhere with his moving toilets.

The senile arm-rotting dictator Museveni is so useless and inconsiderate that very few countries in the world feel the urge to engage him on a diplomatic basis, invite him for public lectures, high level economic or security conferences and any other businesses. Covered in a shame, he deploys his rabid attacking dogs, like Obed Katureebe alias Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere to smear neighboring leaders whose global record is incomparable to his lousy governance. How hopeless can this leader of a failed state behave?

By becoming a tyrant, corrupt, repressive and inept ruler of Uganda, Museveni closed own doors to the rest of the world. He will melt and fade in his own Matooke republic.
