While Uganda is mourning departed Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah (who succumbed to the poisons served him by Museveni’s “Nakasongora boys”), the dictator bent on having Oulanyah replaced as fast as possible. But where is the body?

When treacherous assassin Museveni dispatched a team to Seattle, America, to check on Oulanyah, the mission was to confirm to him if Oulanyah was indeed dead! To confirm basically that the mission had been accomplished.

The fact that it was a premeditated murder is confirmed by how, for a whole week after the Acholi Oulanyah died, senile Museveni kept the news under tight wraps. Absolutely no one was to say a thing! The sadistic and brutal tyrant was planning his moves in advance, looting at all angles (the lies they will tell, the coverup, etc etc).

Now that Oulanyah is gone, senile Museveni has, like a devil, managed to deflect attention from the circumstances of Oulanyah’s death by setting up a hullabaloo about who the new speaker will be. No one has seen the autopsy report, but no one is even asking about that! Senile, sadistic Museveni has played the tribal card to perfection (which is the only thing he is good at.)

Yet whatever he does, he has to answer the recent revelation of Oulanyah’s father that his son was indeed poisoned.

Even if the tyrant delays in bringing Oulanyah’s body and showing it in public, and even the hurrying to replace the deceased speaker cannot avert public attention for long.

The murderous dictator of the Matooke Republic has to be held accountable for the heinous crime of eliminating speaker Jacob Oulanyah (RIP).
