Despot and inept Museveni is nowhere instructed as a head of state to preside over elections of speaker and deputy speaker of parliament, it is the responsibility of Chief Justice. It is equally the prerogative of the legislators to choose amongst themselves who will be their next speaker and deputy. 

The presence of dictator Museveni in the elections of the speaker of parliament is evidence of power influence that trickles down to an arm of the government which would otherwise exercise its autonomy in conducting internal businesses in the fairest and transparent manner. 

The excitement by criminal Museveni, on who should replace Jacob Oulanyah whom he killed by poison in the US, emphasizes the disdain towards the deceased and his bereaving family. Oulanya’s family and the people of Acholi, a tribe where he hails from, had requested criminal and despot Museveni time and peace to send-off their beloved son before politicizing his death but the demands were given cold shoulders. 

After Baganda tribesmen, bloody criminal Museveni has now turned his weapons against Acholi people. The death of Jacob Oulanyah, an accomplished lawyer and seasoned politician, follows that of his fellow tribesman Paul Lokech whom bloodthirsty Museveni poisoned and coerced medical doctors to say that he died of blood-clots.
