The 83-year-old Gen. Ali is seen in a video clip from yesterday’s election event of the Speaker of Parliament nearly breathing his last while sitting uneasily, as he gasps uncontrollably, moving his head vigorously as well as rocking from side to side in the chair. 

Senile Museveni was quick to attempt to divert the public’s attention by ordering his misinformation tabloids to fool gullible readers with headlines reading that the military general is “in good health”. 

The development came at the time when Generals Matayo Kyaligonza and Elly Tumwine, two former Museveni’s banansiko, are currently out of the country where they are also being treated for critical conditions related to a deadly bio-chemical toxin. 

From the story of Captain William Mwesigwa a.k.a Black to the story of Gen. Benon Biraro, to Brig. Taddeo Kanyankore, late General Aronda Nyakairima, late general Serwanga Lwanga, to name only a few. All devoted their lives to fight for Museveni, only for the ruthless tyrant to later kill them mercilessly. Treacherous assassin Museveni is devilish! 

These men all pledged allegiance to his cause, and initially trusted Museveni, which is like trusting a hyena.
