On Twitter, Museveni called the police to investigate those calling for an investigation! In other words, the ruthless senile dictator response to Oulanyah’s father’s call for investigation is to send the police after him. To Acholi MPs and personalities that found the death of their prominent son suspicious, again, Museveni is sending the police to investigate them. “The police should look for you”, Museveni wrote and they should read “I will send drones for you”!  

His plan was simple, replace Oulanyah by killing him! He was in such a hurry that he did it that while Oulanyah’s body is still lied mortuary fridge. The rush to kill Oulanyah and to issue threats to anyone (including family members) asking for investigation is because the speaker plays a key role in succession politics.  

In reality, Museveni is dying and he needs a weak speaker to make sure his succession plan sail through parliament. An investigation into the death will only complicate matters for the tyrant. 

In criminology, the rush to replace the dead is motive and threat to anyone asking for investigation proves conspiracy!
