Watchdog Uganda was part of many tabloids on Museveni’s payroll with the mission of attacking Rwanda’s leadership and spreading lies on Rwanda. Tyrant Museveni applauded the “job well-done” by Ssegawa and decided to reward him the position of RDC in Jinja south.  

It is not the first time that senile Museveni has rewarded toxic people he used in his hateful propaganda against Government of Rwanda, and it will not be the last as he still is determined in his failing efforts to destabilize Rwanda.

Long-suffering residents of the Matooke Republic, incompetent and senile Museveni will just keep wasting your taxpayer money investing in always failing efforts against Rwanda.
