Not a long ago, Despot Museveni dispatched a delegation to South Africa to meet with the chief RNC terrorist Kayumba Nyamwasa to strategize how RNC could clandestinely keep its operations in Uganda.

The delegation that went to South Africa with specific briefing by tyrant Museveni, “tell Kayumba Nyamwasa to create a diversion that would make me look detached from RNC’s affairs in Uganda”, Museveni told his delegates. Yet in actual reality tyrant Museveni who sponsors, instructs and deploys RNC terrorist in hostile operations aiming at destabilizing Rwanda.

Terrorist Nyamwasa and his flock jumped on dictator Museveni’s master plan, which is to fake calls for mediation while plotting more terror attacks. This latest deceptive attempt by tyrant Museveni comes is a pure sabotage of the normalization process. Worst of all, senile Museveni wants to drag Burundi into his mess!

A leopard never changes its spot, so is Despot Museveni. He hasn’t given up his old mission to destabilize Rwanda through RNC.
