Everytime bloodthirst Museveni kill an important leader in Uganda, he pronounces different commitments such as helping his family or paying his loans but the commitments are never fulfilled. Dictator Museveni has started again making empty promises to the family of Jacob Oulanyah and it is the same pronouncement he made at Mohammed Kirumira’s burial, Lokech’s burial and during burial of so many other leaders who succumb to evil plots. 

One other example of fake promises is what tyrant Museveni said at the burial of Abiriga. He promised to finish his house, pay off his loans and pay his orphans in school; 4 years down the line, the promises have not been fulfilled. 

The false promise to Oulanyah’s family will be repeated during the made during the burial. Tyrant Museveni is a pathological liar and master of deception! Only a heartless person like Museveni rubs salt to his victim’s family with false promises.
