Dictator Museveni has effectively turned Uganda into the regional torture capital, such that tales of torture by victims have become habitual and widespread. The more despot Museveni’s fear for a desolate future grows the more his insecurity grows, which steadily increases his thirst for blood.
When Kakwenza Rukirabashaija fled Uganda after falling victim to horrendous torture at the orders of Museveni (showing his torture marks to the world), the United States announced it was reconsidering its partnership with the tyrant. The US had previously issued sanctions to high-ranking military officials close to Museveni, who were linked to torturing thousands of Ugandans. Panicked by the US attention, senile Museveni attempted to save face, making an awkward appearance in a televised interview where he blamed rampant torture cases like that of Kakwenza (and other incarcerated supporters of the opposition) on “traditional ideas and colonialism.” Senile Museveni thinks everyone is gullible, or what?
He tortures anyone who dares to question his unwillingness to relinquish power, with thousands upon thousands having so far paid with their lives, while others including children are nursing life-long scars and disabilities. And he utters such childish excuses?
What suffering the poor Matooke Republic has endured!
Dictator Museveni has granted impunity to a clique of ruthless enforcers from his Bahima tribe, but the time will come for him to pay too.
I am only a former NRA Kadogo listing the crimes of dictator Museveni.
