For so long, the case of human organ trafficking in the Matooke Republic has become good business with senile Museveni’s strong support. And this time, arm rotting Museveni is struggling to smuggle Oulanyah’s body organs out of the US.

It took the tyrant a few hours to fly Oulanyah out of Uganda to the USA for medical treatment, but getting his corpse, especially his vital organs is becoming impossible for the organ business oriented Museveni. This is because the corpse (RIP), is under the watch and responsibility of the Ugandan embassy in the USA. However, dubious is negotiating a deal with professional smugglers to get Oulanyah’s organs out of the US before his body gets repatriated without going through another country for body parts retrieval.

Senile Museveni’s circus of distracting Ugandans by focusing on Oulanyah’s successor came to an end, but questions from loved ones still remain. They are still asking why priority was given to electing Oulanyah’s successor instead of repatriating his body for a dissent burial.

Museveni’s continued rituals and witchcraft will only curse Uganda. Killing his aides and benefitting from their body organs are the secrets that he once said were kept in his head. But alas, the aging witch can only tell the truth by accident.
