First of all, it is not normal for accusations of such a national magnitude to be made by a mere provincial spokesperson, especially when there are claims of “foreign soldiers” allegedly captured at the frontline. Senile Museveni, we see your manipulations already!

Moreover, the parading of two haggard so-called “Rwandan POWs” in tattered civilian clothing, whom Ekenge presented as “captured “RDF” soldiers smacks of the usual propaganda authored by Museveni shills. It is a reckless attempt to manipulate public opinion, which is senile Museveni’s unmistakable trademark.

Even if one wanted to ignore facts, you cannot miss the manipulations by the corrupt Ugandan tyrant, who already is manipulating the North Kivu leadership, who have been made to level trumped up accusations – the kind aimed at causing discord, and poison the cordial relationship existing between Rwanda and DR Congo.

Dictator Museveni has never wanted to see Rwanda or any other country in the region have healthy diplomatic relations. The regional spoiler, who has turned Uganda into a pariah state, wants to see the rest of the region in turmoil because he thrives on chaos!

He utilizes his evil tactics of sowing divisionism, wherever he sees a loophole, to serve his selfish ends.

That is how despot Museveni has manipulated the North Kivu leadership into presenting individuals they have been holding for months and claiming they were “Rwandan soldiers captured during the fighting on the night of March 27 to 28 by M23 in Tchanzu and Runyonyi.” What a holy mess! You can be sure fear to pay the huge fine the ICJ ordered him to pay DRC is all part of the trumped up allegations against Rwanda!

Senile Museveni’s also wants people to forget that the Kivu authorities had previously mentioned the same two names, on February 25, 2022, in Kigali – during the bilateral meeting between the intelligence services of Rwanda and DRC, and the story was found to be completely false!

The unsubstantiated accusations have risen again now, following months of a sustained propagation of this false narrative by RNC Kampala agents as they laid the ground for this made up charge of “Rwanda invasion of DRC.”

It is not a coincidence that the narrative gained momentum at a time the senile dictator had already invaded DRC ostensibly to “neutralize ADF.”

The octogenarian dictator as usual aimed to use this “Rwanda invasion” ruse; a distraction for his umpteenth invasion of DRC, knowing that he already had a UN court order compelling him to pay US$ 325 million to DRC in reparation for his previous invasions whereby his forces committed gross human rights abuses, plunder, and looting of DRC resources.

But however much he thrashes around, the truth is inescapable – senile Museveni will be answerable for his crimes.
