Everything that is happening in the Eastern DRC is nothing but effects of greed, selfishness and pathetic hegemonic beliefs by criminal despot Museveni. The frail octogenarian has always seen DRC as a low hanging fruit and a weak link to use in own interests. 

M23 were in 2012 welcomed, trained and logistically supported by warmongering despot Museveni himself. The whole purpose was to re-deploy them again in Congo to fight a legitimate government of President Tshisekedi and plunder its rich minerals. 

A reminder that despite UPDF presence in DRC, criminal Museveni’s junta republic is yet to honor the ICJ ruling that instructed Uganda to pay $10 billion reparation fees over crimes committed in the late 1990s and early 2000.

Only a fool would believe despot Museveni’s barking dog “Gakwerere” in his impotent propaganda against Rwanda. Even when M23 militia spokesperson rubbishes allegations that Rwanda is abetting their struggle, the RNC lumpen hopelessly say the opposite.
