Even in the event where despot Museveni’s UPDF is yet to make clear what came out when his army was fighting the so called ADF, a terror organization he founded to cover his crimes, suddenly he has changed focus to fake-fight M23, another militia he equally trains, equips and deploys to cause havocs in DRC for own interests.

Whatever Katemba/ drama despot Museveni is playing in DRC, it will soon come to a light. But it is not far from what he did decades ago which was instituting crimes against humanity, violence and plundering of DRC mineral resources. 

DRC government should be very careful on how to deal with despot criminal Museveni’s extended support in the ongoing fights between its national army (FARDC) and M23.
