A worried Museveni, who is losing his grip on the country, now has embarked on constitutional change to bail him out, with a strategy to shift the voting powers from the people to the Parliament, by massive bribery of MPs.

Those who know senile Museveni’s tactics will tell you for a fact that the sadistic tyrant never serves Uganda’s interests, but only himself. Dear citizens of the Matooke Republic, I have to warn you that senile Museveni is preparing the mother of all violent “elections” (to rig himself into power again in a few years).

For Museveni’s strategy of violent rigging to twork, he is already doing his work in advance. He already has his blindly loyal groups of crooks, and individuals like the Speaker of Parliament to support, and defend Museveni’s constitutional change.

Dictator Museveni deems it fit to manipulate the country’s top laws as he pleases, to impose his old, tired, and thuggish rule on poor Ugandans forever.

I only pity the poor, ordinary, enslaved people of the Matooke Republic.
