Museveni is threatening to block the entry of refugees into Uganda and asks the United Nations for a ransom in exchange for their refuge. He has created a situation that generates desperate refugees through his invasion of the DRC.

Self-serving Museveni always makes every action a (dirty) income-generating project, and helpless refugees are not an exception. Plundering DR Congo was never enough for senile Museveni who is now scheming his way into modern-day human trafficking to earn more out of DRC’s sorry situation that he has created!

It is on record that Museveni has created plenty of rebel groups and illegal armed actors, as a pretext for his invasions into DRC. All that is to facilitate his continued plundering and looting activities in the vast country.

Currently tyrant Museveni is using heavy artillery and airstrikes to forcibly displace people, and pave way for his looting and plundering, while also receiving cash for receiving the refugees!

UNHCR is Museveni’s cash cow. Hosting thousands of refugees (including “ghost refugees) generates the evil tyrant more millions.

Therefore senile Museveni will never stop generating instability in the region.
