Museveni is using the Budget for Oulanya’s burial to deflect the Ugandans’ attention on the cause of their Acholi son’s death. The running back and forth of increasing and cutting the budget from Shs2.5b to Shs1.2b, is simply a way to sway people’s attention.

Oulanya’s daughter Atim is being forced into exile before even burying her father. She’s sent away under the pretext of further studies. Evidently, this would not be the first time Despot Museveni capitalizes on the deaths of high profile Ugandans (whom he kills!) to empty the State coffers.

Senile Museveni has allocated huge sums of money to the wasteful “burial rights.” In the meantime Oulanyah’s father is crying tears how his son was poisoned!

Tyrant Museveni’s acts are easily revealing, everybody knows that he delayed to announce Oulanyah’s death so he could have his evil plots executed beforehand.

The sadistic tyrant cares less about the grief of Oulanyah’s family, or the Acholi in general, and extending the burial of the man to milk from it as much resources as possible is just in a day’s work.

He has no respect for the living or the dead.

Long-suffering people of the Matooke Republic, the Acholi and Northerners especially, you have been treated so shabbily!
