But never be fooled by the tyrant’s statesman-like remarks, there is never any true word out of his mouth.

“I have been involved in these efforts for the last 60 years and this is very pleasant that DRC has finally reconnected formally with East Africa. It is good that we are reassembling…this is very crucial and I am very happy it happened when I’m still alive. I am a very happy man,” said senile Museveni, looking to take all the glory to himself.

This is the same Museveni – a stumbling block to regional stability with his assortment of illegal, proxy armed groups – shamelessly glorifying himself, as if people don’t know him.

But if senile Museveni is so “happy” that DRC is part of EAC (if he really wants prosperity as he claims) why can’t he put an immediate stop to all the rebel, terrorist groups he sponsors and which hide in DRC? Groups such as RNC, FDLR, Mai Mai, Lendu militias, and others?

Everyone is also aware that as senile Museveni claimed to welcome DRC into the EAC, the M23 rebels attacked DRC from Uganda, just this week on Monday.

The truth is that Museveni is an old man with a forked tongue that should never be trusted even one minute.

One can only hope that DRC isn’t easily fooled.
