During the staged theatrics, his security forces claim to “capture” a few M23 fighters as “POWs”, and parade them – but those guys are just play acting. They parade them, then keep them, for another time when senile Museveni’s propaganda claims they’ve “fought and captured some M23!”

As usual, all these are just tricks in the dictator schemes to plunder minerals and other resources of DRC.

He has already managed to bribe certain elements in the leadership of the North Kivu Province of DRC, who are already parroting Museveni’s misinformation,
