Museveni used Owiny Dollo via the courts he controls to undermine the judiciary, by changing the age, term limit as well as removing bail, and that is only a tip of the iceberg.

The latest of senile Museveni’s endless scandals is now to use the Judiciary boss to cover up his tracks in Oulanya’s death, by instructing people to bury Oulanyah and discuss the cause of his death afterwards.

Tyrant Museveni ordered Dollo to say that if the Speaker was poisoned, they would determine how best to look for the offender and hold him to account. In fear of his own life, Dollo will have no choice but to comply, and do whatever Museveni orders him, to cover up his crime.

To add insult to injury, the senile dictator has used Oulanyah’s death to swindle billions (for “burial expenses”)

It is high time the long-suffering people of the Matooke Republic take heed of Museveni’s words, when he said he does not work for anyone but his family. Oulanyah’s family should have known they are not any different from the rest of long-suffering suffering Ugandans.

Unless of course, Dictator Museveni bribed the hospital in which Oulanyah died from in Seattle, they wouldn’t have released him without a postmortem!
