Even the people in charge of the preparations swear they never received a cent! Yet Museveni is collecting even MPs’ money, with a new excuse that “Oulanyah’s kids’ education is now one of their responsibilities!”

Greedy despot Museveni is now asking Members of Parliament to contribute to “the Jacob Oulanyah Education Trust Fund,” which he claims to have established. I always feel such a pity for the enslaved residents of the Matooke Republic because of the greedy, thieving despot that has chocked their country!

One can ask how the children of a long-serving Oulanyah can be a subject of begging. It’s not possible. They are being used in another shameless corrupt scheme, by the same guy that killed their father!
