If only senile Museveni could go through what his poor, neglected citizens go through! But of course that will not happen. He enjoys fantastic treatment overseas, while corruptly looting budgets for the health of Ugandans. They only have rundown and collapsing “hospitals.” 

The poor that get sick in the Matooke Republic either walk long distances to the nearest so-called health center, or ride a bicycle for many hours. Some are carried on dirty mats. What a deplorable condition that inept tyrant Museveni has condemned the Matooke Republic!
