Senile Museveni, who should first of all concentrate on building the Uganda health system than juggling his wealth and politics of his stomach, is not one to pretend to care about Oulanya, any loyal cadre or ordinary Ugandan for that matter. 

The arm-rotting dictator of the Matooke republic is in no moral position to speak about the health of African fighters. As the cancer-stricken tyrant is rotting away by the minute, and talks of “if you want to be fighters of Africa, you must lay attention to your health because you need it to fight for Africa” is mere gibberish. 

Where do Ugandans even begin to take care of their health if the whole health system is a decayed one, thanks to Museveni’s swindling hand and careless leadership? Oulanya was flown out of Uganda for lack of better healthcare.

Despotic Museveni should not patronize loyal and patriotic Ugandans while they waste away building a nation that he is busy destroying.
