Senile Museveni, even after murdering Jacob Oulanya and milking his death through manipulation, has refused to pay the expenses “fundraised” for the formal state burial activities for the late speaker.

In the matooke republic, government expenditures are generated from the taxes of the suffering taxpayers, and the government borrowings from donors. And in this case, all the budgeted billions taken from state coffers were swindled by the tyrant who has in turn refused to pay up, by looting it instead.

The 36-year-old chief thief has left every Ugandan institute broken and rotten due to the mass looting of state coffers and chronic mismanagement of government funds. The tyrant is not only killing and swindling Ugandans, he is destroying every other institution while his enterprise gets bigger and better with the Ugandan taxpayers’ money, whilst concealing his properties and making transfers from the stolen money into his offshore accounts.
