The insecurity-hit Karamoja region is a fertile huge land, rich in minerals like oil, and they are well-known for cattle raising. Obviously, the greedy tyrant Museveni will appoint a corrupt leader in ULC to back his plan and cover his tracks. We all recall that this was the case with the late Speaker Jacob Oulanyah when he opposed the dictator’s move to have Members of Parliament voting the president instead of the entire adult Ugandan population. Subsequently, Oulanyah was eliminated and had Anitha Among installed who immediately endorsed the dictator’s plan. 

The tyrant Museveni machinery falsely accuses the dismissed ULC leaders of corruption, but no one will forget that the despot Museveni is the champion of corruption in Uganda. This is another evidence of despot Museveni’s personalization of the country’s resources. 

Hopeless and helpless, long-suffering people of the Matooke Republic, the greedy diapers-wearing autocrat plans to loot the entire resources thus destroying our Pearl of Africa.
