Rwanda and South Sudan have come a long way knowing how to curtail and contain the regional biggest weevil and destabilizer inept despot warmonger and greedy Museveni. 

Despot ruler of Matooke Republic cheerfully welcomed DRC to the bloc but he hasn’t changed, he is still the same greedy, divisive and treacherous criminal, do not be fooled by his spiced, so-called revolutionary speeches. 

It is important that DRC gets to know how to deal with despot, divisive and criminal Museveni categorically, like knowing how to face him and call him off. It should start by investigating why it harbored, trained, equipped and deployed rebel groups like M23 and ADF. It should be bold and ask him to pay his dues of about USD 10 billion as ruled by International Court of Justice (ICJ). Failure to that will lead to continuous incursions, violence and plundering of beautiful nation DRC.
