Dictator Museveni is yet again on the spot – this time for using his women assassins to orchestrate killings. The arm-rotting senile despot is known for using women, most being high-ranking officials, designated to execute his evil plans, including administering his slow-working poisons as a tactic of elimination.

In Oulanya’s case, a close fellow official (who was promised his office) was the hand that was used to administer the poison and ensure the late speaker’s demise. Gen. Aronda too suffered a similar fate.

Despot Museveni long ago terrorized the Matooke Republic with open physical violence. Equally deadly are his “Nakasongora lab” products.
