During 36 years of misrule, despot Museveni has done his best to turn poor Uganda into one big cemetery. His people fear him the most, such that when those said to be serving him or holding influential positions fall I’ll, they cannot  cannot dare be treated in Uganda. All the same they die even after seeking treatment abroad. Then their bodies are ferried back home for burial.
