Senile Museveni’s dimwitted deceitful propaganda trolls under pseudo Facebook page “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” are struggling with the impossible assignment of smearing Rwanda with attempts to pin one of arm-rotting Museveni’s sponsored rebel groups (M23) upon Rwanda. 

These liars (directed by Obed Katureebe – also a major RNC agent in Kampala) think the world doesn’t know who reconstituted the M23 (after it fled to Uganda in 2013) and sent it back to DRC to facilitate plundering and looting? Of course it is none other than senile Museveni, the chief destabilizer of the Great Lakes Region!

But let me endeavor to remind the octogenarian Ugandan dictator how M23 is his own creation and how he revived it. Records show that the M23 militia and their commander Colonel Sultan Makenga retreated to Uganda in 2012 and camped specifically in Mgahinga reserves/Bihanga sites, where they were received by agents working for criminal despot and warmonger Museveni. In Bihanga (Ugandan) military camp, they gave M23 rebels an intense training. 

Makenga and several trained armed men, later, “escaped” from the camp and immediately headed to, and camped in Chanzu and Binza, small villages in DRC neighboring Bunagana, the Uganda-DRC border. Criminal Museveni  had authorized the “escape” – in actual sense one of his underhand operations to destabilize and loot. He continued to send the rebels logistic, military, and medical support after instructing the M23 combatants to launch assaults against the Congolese army- FARDC.

In a TV show recently, an NRM cadre and political commentator Charles Rwomushana confirmed that indeed M23 and their commander Sultan Makenga were received at Bihanga in Uganda before repatriating to DRC. A vicious blogger later (acting on orders of despot Museveni), attacked Rwomushana, asking him why he attributed the current M23 situation to criminal Museveni. But remember, Rwomushana had headed intelligence in the Museveni regime, and knew what he was talking about, a hundred percent!

I am only telling you, as long as decrepit, senile Museveni is still alive, the Great Lakes will never have peace. 

He props up, or creates all sorts of illegal armed groups all over the region, interfering in other countries’ internal politics, causing havoc, then sends his paid fools like Obed Katureebe to sow confusion. 

It will never work!
