Museveni now enjoys the exclusive right to buy all Uganda’s coffee thus being a sole player to determine the price of that commodity in the country where the inept senile ruler brags about having built a free economy.

The newly appointed Senior Presidential Advisor on Agriculture, Rose Kabagyeni will serve the usual role of protecting the interests of Mafia Museveni and choosing who else gets the share of the cake amongst his small circle. Shocking!
