Under normal circumstances, when there is a vacancy of a member of parliament, the constitution dictates that a by-election takes place where primaries involving multi parties are organized, and conducted until that vacancy is legitimately and democratically filled. But that can never be the case with senile Museveni’s Matooke Republic.

Addressing a group of elders yesterday, some of them from Omoro district, at his Rwakitura Ranch, the arm rotting dictator instructed his junta party leaders to ensure Oulanyah junior stands in for his father in the remaining four years.

What the bloody dictator calls decency in replacing the late Oulanyah is a flagrant abuse of the constitution where his cronies will descend to Omoro, organize sham elections, rig votes, and later announce Ojok Oulanyah as the replacer to his father. The same father that criminal Museveni killed by poisoning.

Despot Museveni is the greatest anarchist in the region and is trying all his best to prepare Ugandans for politics of monarchial succession. If we call Uganda a failed state, that is what it means.
