Whoever said that Museveni is the proprietor of Uganda had seen alot. Because dictator Museveni, through the Covid-19 response donations, procured 282 double cabin trucks to carry out surveillance and Covid-19 vaccination activities to support the response. However, the aging tyrant used these trucks to transport manure to his Rwakitura farm, do construction work for his and family properties. And at the end of the day, hospitals struggled to find vehicles to transport medical supplies.

But at the end of the day, someone will be the sacrificial lamb for all Museveni’s misdeads.

Tyrant Museveni does not care about Ugandans, not even in a global crisis. His priority has never been Ugandans but his interests and family. As such, no Ugandan should be prosecuted for the senile dictator’s malpractices and misconduct while he gets away with it.
