Recently tyrant Museveni has claimed that he will use billions of shillings (an additional 30 billion Ugandan shillings claimed as “supplementary budget”) to pay for his several donation pledges. But we all know the money hungry octogenarian never honors his promises! He will only embezzle the money, because of his insatiable thirst for cash.

We recall how recently, the corruption master bagged millions of dollars out of the scandalous coffee deal with his Italian mafia partner, as well the entire budget meant for the Lubowa hospital construction project. Even for this State House additional budget, as soon as his minions at Parliament approve it, will end in the tyrant’s bottomless pockets.

The Ugandans tax payers’ money being requested will not settle the dictator’s unfulfilled pledges, donations that’s a lie!
