If it wasn’t for young leaders like General Muhoozi who worked on Rwanda’s concerns about Uganda, like thwarting continuous harassment of innocent Rwandans living in Uganda, economic sabotage, or using Uganda as a launchpad of terrorist organizations like RNC, dimwitted troll Gakwerere and his fellow barking dogs would still be shouting on top their voices. Many have abandoned him and he is yelping alone. But “lumpen Gakwerere is now cornered, scared of what next as the two countries are fully normalizing relationships.
