Criminal Museveni’s legacy of sport activities in his Matooke Republic is about athletes like Julius Ssekitoleko seeking exile in countries like Japan for economic hardships at home, Boxers like Zebra Mando being gunned down in front of their houses for supporting the opposition, national teams that cannot foot their bills when participating in away tournaments (recent case of Uganda’s Silverbacks failing to pay its dues at Rwanda’s Radisson Blu Hotel) and so many more.

If you see despot Museveni ever yelping parrot Obed Katureebe alias “Robert Patrick Fati Gakwerere” ranting that Rwanda is spending heftily in their tourism projects, like the deal with ‘Arsenal’ and ‘Paris Saint Germain,’ don’t be bothered. The social media noisemaker is just showing how his paymaster inept despot senile Museveni is so envious of Rwanda’s progress in its tourism and sport industry.

A lot of funds that should be going to develop Uganda’s sport sector are spent buying votes, rigging elections, buying tanks to oppress and muzzle dissent critics, refurbishment of the diaper wearing Museveni’s countryside mansions like Rwakitura and the remaining peanuts are thrown to NRM junta cronies. None is ever spent to develop the sports apparatus.
