Aluma was a detective attached to the Field Force Unit at Arua Central Police Station. He was particularly the only living person who would reveal the circumstances under which serial killer Museveni brutally murdered his boss Kaweesi (RIP) five years ago.

Investigations into the assassination of Kaweesi have never gotten anywhere because cold-blooded killer Museveni has kept this under wraps. And the sole reason is that any serious investigations would reveal the arm-rotting dictator’s hand in the assassination of Kaweesi. And thus, the despot resorts to eliminating whoever knows about Kaweesi’s murder.

However, history will never forget that sadistic dictator Museveni admitted that he killed Kaweesi by referring to him as “the weevil” he uprooted in the police. In one of his speeches, the unrepentant killer referred to how Kaweesi was assassinated as “shallow” – implying it was not done the way he had initially planned.

The brutal assassination of Afande Kaweesi aimed at neutralizing those that despot Museveni perceives as threats to him.
