The meeting in Nairobi was supposed to deliberate on the fate of rebel groups operating in the Eastern DR Congo, including the ADF, Mai Mai Yakutumba and M23, all supported militarily by warmonger and regional destabilizer despot Museveni. 

Warmonger criminal Museveni is a tyrant who says one thing and does the difference. The criminal despite salutes with one hand while stabbing with another, he is a tyrant who preaches what he doesn’t practice.

A reminder that it is warmonger Museveni that repatriated M23 back to DRC in Chanzu having accommodated, trained, equipped them in Uganda’s Mgahinga reserves, specifically Bihanga camps.
