Due to despot Museveni’s greed, the two major international summits; the Non Aligned Movement (NAM) and the G77 whose total combined budget is Shs 50 billion that were meant to be hosted in Kampala in the next one year have been canceled due to financial constraints.

Organizers of the events fault greedy Museveni for lack of seriousness, as key preparations have already been delayed. The country’s coffers are dry, the greedy tyrant Museveni has sent his cronies to mount pressure on the lawmakers to approve the Finance Ministry’s tabled proposal to divert money from other areas to fund the expected events.

Truth be told, even if despot Museveni manages to dupe parliamentarians in diverting the budget you can be sure that the money will end up in his pockets again. That is common in the Matooke Republic.

Imagine Uganda missing out on such huge opportunities to elevate Uganda’s image on the international arena and exhibiting her investment potentials, just because of a selfish, corrupt and greedy ruler Museveni who grabs every opportunity that comes his way to amass more wealth at the detriment of the long-suffering and hapless Ugandans.
