With a plummeting economy, millions of desperate Ugandans are resorting to giving away their body organs, especially kidneys, all in anticipation of better livelihoods for themselves and their families.

Dictator Museveni has surpassed the combination of all previous leaders in plundering and destruction of Uganda and his clinging to power has only worsened the situation of the country and the livelihoods of Ugandans every passing day. The senile tyrant has forced citizens of the Matooke Republic into the situation where selling their God-given body organs is entrenched and is regarded as an alternative source of income generation.

Thousands of young people with academic qualifications are unable to find jobs, and those that do, are employed in the low productivity informal sector.

That is why so many are opting to risk their lives by selling their organs to survive, except that they later find out that the proceeds are not enough to cater to their failing health after the organ extraction, considering that the inept dictator has also plundered the health sector and policies like health insurance for all are foreign in Museveni-land.

Long suffering citizens of the Matooke Republic, you will all end up in deep trouble!
