With a big military budget at his disposal, senile Museveni delights in supporting and financing armed groups and terrorists to destabilize his neighbors and the region at large.

On top of regional destabilization, the tyrant uses some of the military budgets to splurge on military ware that he uses in the Matooke Republic to cause insecurity, intimidate and silence his critics, as well as kill those he perceives as enemies of his autocratic rule.

And at the end of the day, the corrupt dictator will leave military officers in destitute conditions, left to rob and threaten citizens for a livelihood.

Dear oppressed and long-suffering Ugandans, you are not safe with senile Museveni in power.
