As a result of the rotten health sector (thanks to Museveni!) Uganda is ranked the fourth African country most hit by malaria, where more than 90 percent of the population are at a high risk of suffering malaria annually.

The senile dictator Museveni’s lies “to eradicate malaria”, through scams such as Uganda Malaria Reduction Strategic Plan (UMRSP), and Malaria Action Program for Districts (MAPD) are laughable. They are all riddled by rampant corruption and nepotism, hence failure to realize their goals and vision.

The long-suffering besieged Ugandans’ hope of surviving the ravaging malaria vanished; it is like an egg died in the shell. The thievery led to thousands malaria deaths in the Matooke Republic.

Global Funds recently, blacklisted Uganda on its activities of combating AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria due to the arm-rotting Museveni’s illegal seizure of the allocated budget, evidently the USAID will do the same as the Global Fund.
