Inept despot Museveni, for example, has touted Uganda’s oil project like manna from Heaven but years since its first exploration in Mputa 2006, no credible work has been made. The crooked leader of the Matooke Republic is still revising means of how to milk the entire project to himself and his cronies while citizens cry inconsolably on the hiking fuel prices.

Shockingly, what the inept leader of Matooke Republic chose to do in the face of public outcry on the rise of fuel and other commodities’ prices is to blame them for failure to develop Uganda’s economy sparing the crucial role of his sleepy government in establishing proper frameworks.

Saying Uganda is a failed state is an understatement, calling Museveni an inept leader who preach what he doesn’t practice is equally an understatement, Uganda needs a lifetime savior for it has hit the lowest bottom.
