No one is safe in dictator Museveni’s Matooke Republic. He will use you, dump and spare no soul. Chief Justice Owiny Dollo is and will be remembered for being a puppet in senile Museveni’s corruption of the Matooke Republic’s judiciary. In his time, despot Museveni has managed to deny justice to those who deserve it, raped the constitution severally and tampered with investigations and evidence, especially those of rigging votes.

First, principle judge Dr. Flavian Zeija narrowly survives an assassination attempt by Museveni’s gunmen on motorcycles, similar to those of General Katumba Wamala and many others who came before him. Four days later, Owiny Dollo’s chambers go into flames at the Supreme Court, a building with maximum security. Even after witnessing the arm rotting senile Museveni finish off his loyal officers like Paul Loketch and Oulanya, Dollo decided to turn a blind eye, and now the grim reaper is coming for his soul. Now that incriminating evidence he could use against him is tampered with and burned to ashes.

Senile Museveni has made the Matooke Republic an unsafe place for Ugandans to live, just to glue himself onto power without challenge- even if it means killing people, burning down buildings and destroying the country.
