The greedy barbarian has struck yet again, claiming yet another innocent victim from the now endangered literary community.

The senile tyrant’s latest victim is Kahyana, a renowned poet and editor of many popular poems including “Fire On The Mountain,” and a lecturer at Makerere College of Humanities, Literature and President of PEN Uganda.

The brutal despot sent his notorious motorbike rider assassins who attacked Dr. Danson Sylevester Kahyana, who waylaid him on his way home in the dark of night, violently attacking him and leaving him for dead. Although the literature don survived the assassination, he was left with a damaged mandible and many missing teeth.

Despot Museveni is on the prowl as ever, and is relentless in his resolve to completely abolish freedom of expression by wiping out any critical voice.

The tyrant does all this with full knowledge of the article in the constitution that says, “Respect for human dignity and protection from inhuman treatment. No person shall be subjected to any form of torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”

I am only a former NRA Kadogo.
