The greedy despot now has pulled off one of his biggest corruption scandals to date, when he dragged a Mafiosi world-class fraudster, to defraud Ugandan farmers of profits from their coffee!

Money thirsty Museveni is aware that his new Mafia associate had previously scammed Chad of US$39.6 million, after failing to establish a modern pharmaceutical factory as agreed.

With a deliberate intent to defraud the country, the despotic ruler issued strict presidential directives to the Minister of finance to release the money to ‘the investor’ Enrica Pinetti for the supposed establishment of the Lubowa modern hospital.

On top of free land, the tyrant directed that the fraudster be given over US$ 430 million in free startup capital, and the scammer went ahead and acquired a loan of US$ 10 million by providing the free land title as a loan security. The Lubowa hospital exists only as a fantasy.

Now, poor enslaved Ugandans are looking on helplessly as their thieving dictator moves to defraud all the country’s poor coffee farmers, by signing a deal that hands the coffee sector to the control to the same Mafiosi fraudster.
