Dictator Museveni’s middle name is “Corruption” and this has become public knowledge. The greedy dictator has no moral authority to instill morals in anyone before he repents for all his decades- long graft scandals. Those who have been around him bear witnesses of how corrupt the ageing despot is. Many used to say that animals are even better than Museveni in many aspects.

The thieving dictator is pressing his partisan parliament to approve the Shs 2.8 Billion budget only for him to invest it into his private ventures. The most corrupt cannot fight graft. Museveni has a record of diverting state budget resources into his bottomless pockets that is on record.

The approved budget designated for building roads, schools, hospitals as well as improving the living standards of the hunger-stricken hapless people of his Matooke Republic always vanish right from the Central Bank. The senile ruler has deprived his people of all rights, there is no doubt that the requested anti-corruption funds will end in his bottomless belly.

Ever since the power-hungry tyrant grabbed power, the ghoul failed to curb the roots of corruption because he is the initiator and promoter of undying corruption and with impunity, he has institutionalized it. Since dictator Museveni can’t be held accountable for his corruption related crimes, he enjoys the liberty to steal every single coin in the Matooke Republic. The despot has emptied state coffers to the last cent as his gullible people and sleepy government officials cheer him up.

Today, Uganda is ranked as top the most corrupt country in the region and among top 10 on the entire continent.
