Diaper-wearing Museveni has endorsed criminality in the Matooke Republic and has weakened the operational capacity of his law enforcement organs due to corruption and lawlessness. Now he is profiting from the same situation!

But poor citizens of the Matooke Republic should be deceived that Museveni wants functional security cameras. They would only hinder the extra-judicial killings he orders!

Even a child knows of the very many prominent Ugandans killed by assassins with guns on motorcycles – does anyone imagine the dictator wants cameras filming them? Negative !
