It is common knowledge that senile Museveni is the father, the son, and the holy spirit of corruption in Uganda and beyond. Previously, the inept despot said that he is tolerant of corruption, adding that his successors might not be tolerant of corruption like him.

And after 36 years of power and endorsing corruption, the aging greedy barbarian has zero devotion to stopping the crime. But rather, he makes incessant requests and budgets to create more conditions for the exploitation of public funds, for private gain by his family and tribesmen through illicit businesses, vote-rigging, and so much more.

Corruption is the backbone of senile Museveni’s junta regime, and without it, he cannot rule. That’s why he calls his sources “investors” to continue his shoddy dealings.
