During his visit to Mozambique, senile Museveni pledged “to establish Agro-processing projects in Mozambique” to support veterans and their children to create wealth for them beginning next financial year. But it is a well-known fact that Museveni only pledges empty promises that he takes rides on to pocket whatever hefty amounts he signed for. He is a master salesman of “air.”

Mozambicans should be very careful with this conman around!

Criminal Museveni swindles all funds meant to be used for projects that sustainably develop Uganda. And in this case, he is smartly calculating personal benefits or gains in Mozambique. 

He has used this same strategy to “build roads in DRC”, “build schools” in Tanzania while the Matooke Republic sinks deeper into potholes and burning dilapidated buildings whilst he laughs his way to the bank. 

The greedy despot will pledge to fix somebody else’s roof, for the sake of personal gains.
